Make sure you’re also setting a sleep routine
It’s important to adjust your sleep schedule to account for a morning workout if needed. The body can handle an hour of sleep schedule adjustment at a time, otherwise you’ll feel fatigued and moody! If you need help going to bed earlier, be sure to avoid screen time at least an hour before bed and avoid consuming caffeine within eight hours of when you’re trying to go to bed.
Make it as easy as possible for yourself
If you aren’t a morning person, naturally there is going to be some resistance to working up to this routine. You can make it as easy as possible for yourself by setting out the clothes you will remove the barriers that get you from getting started. Have a water bottle ready, create a playlist the day before, whatever will make it easiest for you!
Calisthenics will be the perfect type of exercise to easily transition into working out in the morning. This is because this style of exercise doesn’t require a trip to the gym for specializes equipment, it’s extremely easy to do at home. This will release feel good endorphins that will give you more energy and focus during the day.
